Jody is Texas born and bred and has been in ministry for over 30 years. He came to us 4 years ago after serving 15 years as the Senior Pastor of Foothills Community Church in Denver, CO. Jody and his wife, Joann have been married 37 years and have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. Jody’s ministry passion is life transformation through relationship with Jesus. Jody loves family (especially grandkids), coaching football and basketball, biking and working out, photography, and of course, coffee.

Jeff Moore, Pastor of Programming and Ministry Development

Jeff has been in full-time ministry since 1995 and came on staff at Fellowship in November of 2000. Jeff oversees the music and production ministries, missions, communications & IT, and various other activities within FC. His ministry passion is to see people not only come to know the Lord but to grow to maturity so that their faith impacts their lives and the lives of those around them. Jeff and his wife Karol Ann were married in 1995 and have two children - Jacob and Audrey.

Kim Kramer, Pastor of Adult Discipleship and Small Groups

Kim has been in full-time ministry for more than 20 years, serving the Lord at churches in California, Texas and Minnesota. He and his wife, Chrissy, have been married for 25 years. They have two teenage children, Kyle and Karlie. Originally from Southern California, Kim has been happy to call Austin home since 1991. He has a B.A. in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton and a Masters in Christian Education from Talbot Seminary. His #1 passion in ministry is teaching the Word of God. Besides spending time with his family, Kim enjoys golf, music, good Tex-Mex, and walking around the hike-and-bike trail.

Steven Gunter, Pastor of Student Ministries

Steven has been an active volunteer in the student ministry of FC for several years, serving twice as the Interim Director and was brought on staff full-time in September of 2008. He received his BA from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and is currently continuing his education through the Center for Ministry Advancement. Steven has been married to his wife Amanda since 2001.

Amy Parker, Director of Children’s Ministry

Amy comes to us having been a faithful volunteer at FCSW for many years. She and her husband Toby have been married since 2002 and have one son, Jack. Amy was born and raised in East Texas and graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a degree in International Business. Her ministry passion is to help the kids of FCSW come to know who they are in Christ as they discover God’s love for them.

Lydia Baese, Office Manager

Lydia joined our staff in September of 2007 as Office Manager. Lydia graduated from Baylor University in 1986 and married her husband, Bryan, in 1997. They have 2 boys, Jackson and Hudson. Lydia also has two step-daughters (Bryan’s daughters), Brianna and Alessandra. Lydia’s background and work history includes Human Resources and Office Management.

Janet has been with FCSW for over 10 years as our Office Admin and loves working with people. Janet is married to Bruce, has three children and 2 grandkids. Besides spending time with her family, Janet enjoys reading, gardening, and swimming.
